Water Crisis

Ben opened the tap, there was no water flowing. He went to the hostel manager's bungalow to beg for a bucket of water to bath and get ready for lectures that morning. Here is the conversation that made some people's day with laughter from that very morning.

Ben: Please madam, can I get a bucket of water? The tap ceased again this morning.
Anti Serwaa: Come in please, what were you asking?
Ben: Asking if I can get a bucket of water from yous since the tap isn't flowing.
Anti Serwaa: Ahh, are you serious? This is dangerous. Do we have any privileged link with the Water Companies? The tap is not flowing, so you want a bucket of water and that is from us. Has it been announced recently that we have discovered the source of the mysterious aquifer?
Ben: Ohh please, Anti Serwaa, am very sorry for offending you if I do. But I never meant to, not at all madam. Forgive me please am sorry.
Anti Serwaa: It is okay my host, but you know a bucket is too much as at now, why not manage a cup full? I learnt this time, it is because of a pipeline burst that we are here no more from bills.
Ben: But I needed the for to bath. I have a lecture this morning.
Anti Serwaa: Really, Mr. Bernard, are you not a man? The tap ceased flowing and you want to bath, why, are you wearing a white shirt today? Please be a man, an African man for that matter.
